Filming Equipment & Editing

We send you a lapel microphone and a camera tripod for your smartphone free of charge. We professionally edit your workshop for you.

$1,000 USD Guaranteed

You will receive 50% of the profit from your live workshop sales. We guarantee a minimum payment of $1,000 USD. (All of our workshops so far have exceeded this by far)

Royalties and Commissions

You will continue to get paid for as long as your workshop is in our online shop. You get 50% commission of any sale you refer to your workshop, and a share of 20% royalties from our monthly subscriptions.

How does an online workshop with The Ceramic School work?

Application

Simply fill out our application form with your workshop idea, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

It does not matter which country you are from, or which language you speak. It’s an pre-recorded online workshop, and we will add English subtitles to your video.

Meeting

We will meet with you to talk about your workshop, answer any questions you have

Recording

We will send you a Workshop Planning worksheet to guide your workshop creation process, and also a microphone and ring-light phone stand.

You will then record your workshop, and upload your video clips to us to edit for you.

Editing & Subtitles

Once you upload all of your videos and photos, we will professionally edit them together and send it to you for review. Once you are happy with the outcome, we will set a date for the live workshop.

You can speak any language, as we will be adding English subtitles to your video.

Promoting

Once the workshop has been filmed and edited, and you are happy with it, we will begin promoting your workshop up to one month before.

We will promote it to our Email List, Web Traffic, and Social Media Accounts.

We will also run paid advertising to make sure that we fill up the seats.

Our aim is to get as many people signed up as possible – up to 1,000.

Testing

We will meet up 1 week before your workshop to do a run-through and test your video and audio – just to make sure it’s alright on the night.

We will send you a link to join – it’s really easy, there is no software to install.

Live Workshop

WORKSHOP INTRODUCTION

For the first 30 minutes we have open tables (like mini zoom rooms) where attendees can talk with each other and get to know each other. This is a great time to also introduce yourself and answer any questions they have.

WORKSHOP

We will then show your workshop to the attendees.

During your workshop, the attendees can ask you questions via the text chat.

You can either answer these during your workshop in the chat box, or we will save up the best questions to ask at the end of your workshop.

Q&A SESSION

At the end of your workshop, we will have a live Q&A session.

People can ask you questions in the chat, or if you want, we can allow the guests to get on camera and ask you questions face-to-face. Whichever you prefer.

Wrap up

After your workshop, we will:

Pay you 50% of the revenue from your live workshop (guaranteed minimum of $1,000 USD)

Send you a copy of the replay. (You keep the rights to your workshop to do what you like with it)

Send the attendees a digital replay of the Session.

Add you to our Royalties and Affiliate programs for continued payments.
